Job Description

We are looking for a finance Assistant with AAT or equivalent experience and someone who will be able to cope with the challenges and demands of a growing company. Overseeing the day to day operational services within the organisation, providing support to existing systems and offering ideas for effective maintenance and improvements.

This is an important business role, key to the future growth of our business. EnAppSys is part of Montel Group and we aim to continue our year-on-year double-digit growth by expanding further into new territories. We provide services globally from our bases across Europe.

Core Responsibilities

• Prepare tax documents
• Prepare balance sheets
• Enter financial data into reporting systems
• Update financial records
• Create cost analysis reports
• Maintain financial policies throughout the company
• Assist with the preparation of monthly financial reports
• Keep track of accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Support budget preparation
