Our recruitment process

Applicants will need to successfully complete a few stages before becoming an EnAppSys employee. There may be exceptions based on your profile or the role you’re applying for, but most of our candidates go through the following procedure.


  1. You apply through one of our job postings on this page. An automated response is sent to you to inform you that we’ve received your application.
  2. After examining your resume and cover letter, we will contact you to set up a more general phone interview. You’ll talk with a panel consisting of our recruiter, the head of department and maybe an employee.
  3. If you pass these first two hurdles, we set up a second and final – more focused – interview. This will usually be in person so you can also meet your future colleagues. We’ll also ask you to complete a couple of tests in this stage.
  4. If you’re the best person for the job, we make you an offer and hope to welcome you as a member of our team soon!
