Customer Success Coordinator

Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Success Coordinator to work from our Stockton office to support our sales team and customers across Europe.

The successful candidate will have at least 3-5 years’ experience in a sales, account management, or customer service related role.

You will be a strong team player with exceptional written and verbal communication skills and a can-do attitude. You will be highly organised with excellent time-management skills. The ability to build relationships quickly and effectively is essential.

This is an important business role, key to the future growth of our business. EnAppSys is part of Montel Group and we aim to continue our year-on-year double-digit growth by expanding further into new territories. We provide services globally from our bases across Europe.

Your role will entail:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling customer enquiries and concerns in a prompt, professional, and courteous manner.
  • Serve as an advocate for customers internally, providing feedback to various departments on ways we can improve the customer experience.
  • Provide customers with training and support in order to help them use the product(s) effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, serving as a trusted advisor and resource.
  • Keep abreast of changes to our products and services, and proactively communicate those changes to customers.
  • Monitor customer usage of our products and services, and provide recommendations on how they can get the most out of our offerings.
  • Escalate customer concerns to the appropriate department or individual within the company.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of customer success initiatives.
  • Communicating with customers about their accounts and renewal plans and assist the sales team during upsell conversations.
  • Track activities in company CRM system and keep current by updating account information regularly.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Location: This role will be based in the UK.
